My name is Lisa Novello. I’m the founder and creator of LT Collaborative, llc., The Little Things Co. & The Art of Celebrating. My passion has always been helping, supporting and celebrating others. Using my creative, organizational and intuitive skills I love seeing others flourish. I grew up in Massachusetts and have lived in the community of Southborough since 1999. After earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, I began my career in management. I managed and helped grow a successful dental practice for 29 years. Our business focused on compassion, unique customer service & the well-being of our employees. As a working single mom I have learned how important time is. I’ve been able to balance my life and I have the skills and creativity to help you find more time in yours. I strive to work with the highest level of integrity and professionalism and I’m so happy to be starting my new business. I love getting things done. You can trust me to handle “the little things” so you can have more time for the big things.
